1. When airborne contaminants pass the ultraviolet light inside a ventilation duct they are immediately exposed to high-intensity ultraviolet light, which creates a photochemical process that:

• Biozone central whole house air purifiers have been engineered for ease of installation, and they are designed to be installed into any central air, heat, or furnace system. Licensed HVAC technicians and electricians can install these units and professional installation is highly recommended. Any wiring should be performed only by a licensed HVAC technician or electrician! We cannot be responsible for any results of do-it-yourself or incorrect installations. Professional installation should take about 30 minutes to 1 hour and cost about $50 to $100 depending on the installation method chosen. In-Duct units are installed in the supply or return plenum, and the power cord can be plugged into an AC power outlet, wired into an AC source, or wired into the fan circuit. If desired, a relay can be installed so that the unit only powers "ON" when your HVAC system fan powers on. However running both the whole house air purifier and HVAC system fan continuously is recommended for continuous air purification and best results.
